Unless the situation on site seriously does not match the description(if the lock cylinder is filled with glue or seriously damaged without honest notification), otherwiseNever change the quote. There will be no price hikes and no hidden charges.

3 Unsuccessful・No charge

Charge first if the lock is unlocked successfully. If the locksmith cannot technically open the door lock, no door-to-door fees, transportation fees or surcharges will be charged. This is our most practical guarantee for our guests.

Factors affecting price (honest and transparent)

time period: For emergency unlocking during the late night and early morning hours (23:00 - 07:00) or public holidays, the unlocking fee may be an additional $200-$600 more than during normal hours. Please explain the charging details to the customer when quoting.
Regional location: Remote areas such as restricted areas, outlying islands, etc. may incur additional charges, which will be clearly stated in the quotation.
Door lock level: The technical difficulty of high-security lock cylinders, multi-stage lock cylinders, anti-pry blade locks, etc. will increase, and the fees will be increased based on actual conditions, but must be communicated in advance.
Bad weather: During the No. 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning, additional emergency service fees may be charged due to the safety of the master or traffic restrictions, but 24-hour support will still be maintained.
